License

Saga Mail is licensed, not sold. A valid license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application on your personal devices. Each license is tied to one user account.

License Types

• Trial — 14-day full-feature trial. No credit card required.
• Personal — One-time purchase. Lifetime updates for the major version purchased.
• Team — Volume licensing for organizations of 3 or more seats.
• Developer — Lifetime license with no expiration. Granted to contributors and partners.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Share, resell, or redistribute your license key
• Use the application for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to circumvent license validation

Web App

Access to app.sagamail.app requires a valid license and account registration. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Your account data will be available for export upon request.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact support@sagamail.app.

Saga Mail is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Vohux Inc. is not responsible for data loss, email delivery failures, or third-party service outages. Use at your own risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
